30-Day Happiness Guarantee We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy with your physical book or Starter Pack, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to request a return.

What can be returned • The physical book (must be in original unread condition with all packaging) • The full Starter Pack (physical book unused)

What cannot be returned • The digital eBook (instant download — non-refundable) • Safety Signal Cards once opened or printed

How to start a return Just email me at support@nononsenseguide.com.au with your order number and tell me why you want to return it. I’ll reply quickly with simple instructions.

Damages or wrong item If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, please email me straight away with a photo and I’ll fix it immediately (replacement or full refund, including return postage).

Refunds Once I receive and check your return, I’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
