We (“us”, “we”, or “Nathan”) sell physical books and digital products (including the Starter Pack). All sales are made directly with nononsenseguide, even though the store is powered by Shopify.

SECTION 1 – YOUR ACCOUNT You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to use the Services. When you create an account or place an order, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS We try to show our products (including the physical book and Starter Pack) as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & PAYMENT Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we send you a confirmation email.

Prices are in Australian dollars and do not include shipping or GST unless stated. We accept payment through Shopify’s secure checkout.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY We ship from Sydney using Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates only. Once the item is handed to the carrier, risk passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS & REFUNDS We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on physical books and bundles. If you’re not happy, return the book in good condition and we’ll refund you (digital products like the ebook are non-refundable once downloaded). Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty. Please contact support@nononsenseguide.com.au before returning anything.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this site (including text, images, logos, and the book itself) is owned by Nathan Martin or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the book or site without written permission.

SECTION 7 – AI ASSISTANCE This book and some supporting materials were created with assistance from Grok, an AI developed by xAI. Nathan provided all personal stories, direction, editing, and final approval.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The site is powered by Shopify. Payment processing is handled by Shopify and our payment providers. We are not responsible for their services.

SECTION 9 – PROHIBITED USES You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access.

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products.

SECTION 11 – CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
