Domestic Shipping (Australia) All physical orders (Starter Pack and books) are shipped from Sydney using Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 (usually arrives in 3–7 business days)

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

Digital Products The eBook included in the Starter Pack is delivered instantly via email as soon as your order is confirmed. No shipping required.

Tracking You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is posted. You can track it directly through Australia Post.

International Shipping We currently only ship within Australia. If you’re overseas and would like a copy, please contact us at support@nononsenseguide.com.au and we’ll see what we can arrange.

Delays & Issues Occasionally Australia Post experiences delays (especially during peak periods). If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please get in touch and we’ll help chase it up or send a replacement.
